Develor’s 30 years of training design and delivery experiences allowed us to create a train-the-trainer (TTT) academy that includes all the essentials of knowledge, methods and tips that make a training effective, memorable and impactful. We teach how to reach a behavioural or attitude change among the audience in a very practice-oriented way that is engaging for both the participants and the trainers.

The program consists of three main modules as follows.

I. Training fundamentals

We start with a conceptual and practical orientation into the Develor training academy covering essentials on defining what is training, then what training quality is, how it can be measured and how it contributes to the effectiveness of an organization. Also defines what are the roles and responsibilities of a trainer.

II. Training methodologies

During the course we systematically discover methodologies that makes a training effective from theory delivery methodologies, such as interactive presentation and facilitation and practice methodologies. All industry standards on course opening and closing and delivering theory messages and running exercises is covered and practiced.

III. Managing the learning environment

Standards on managing various participants, utilizing their diverse attitudes and learning styles is covered with a lot of opportunities for practicing. Developing a group through feedback and courseware design basics are also in focus.

By the end of the session Participants:
